Mission Statement
The mission of Daar-ul-Ḥamd Islamic Centre is to advance the objectives of Islam in accordance with the Qurʾān, the Sunnah, and the understanding of the Salaf Ṣāliḥ, through the integrated promotion of authentic Islamic education, principled daʿwah, compassionate social welfare, and sustainable community development, guided by the higher objectives of Sharīʿah (Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah).
In pursuit of this mission, the Centre is committed to:
1. 2. Advancing responsible, evidence-based, and inclusive daʿwah, conducted in accordance with the Qurʾān, the Sunnah, and the methodology of the Salaf Ṣāliḥ, fostering sound belief, upright conduct, communal cohesion, and constructive engagement within the Muslim community and the wider society.
3. Promoting sustainable social welfare and community development initiatives that address spiritual, educational, economic, and psychosocial needs, implemented in line with Islamic principles of compassion, justice, and social responsibility as understood by the Salaf Ṣāliḥ.
4. Ensuring institutional sustainability and financial resilience through prudent, diversified, and Sharīʿah-compliant investment, waqf, and waṣiyyah-based frameworks, designed and managed in accordance with the Qurʾān, the Sunnah, and the ethical-economic guidance of the Salaf Ṣāliḥ, thereby safeguarding long-term operational continuity.
5. Upholding the highest standards of governance, transparency, and accountability, anchored in Islamic ethical norms and the exemplary conduct of the Salaf Ṣāliḥ, and reinforced through professional management, regular auditing, and independent Sharīʿah oversight.
6. Fostering partnerships, legacy-building, and community participation that encourage collective ownership, ṣadaqah jāriyah, and waṣiyyah-based endowments, ensuring that the Centre remains a trusted institution of guidance, service, and ethical leadership across generations.
Through this mission, Daar-ul-Ḥamd Islamic Centre seeks to preserve religion, nurture intellect, protect human dignity, safeguard wealth, and strengthen community welfare, faithfully discharging its responsibilities in accordance with the Qurʾān, the Sunnah, and the understanding of the Salaf Ṣāliḥ, and contributing meaningfully to sustainable and principled societal transformation.
